MT. VERNON – Mt. Vernon will once again be a stop on the “Run for the Wall” – a cross-country motorcycle ride to honor veterans and raise awareness of POW/MIA service members.

Bikers will arrive in Mt. Vernon on Tuesday, May 20 around 10:45 a.m.

They will exit I-57 at exit 95, travel east on Broadway, stop at Huck’s at 24th and Broadway to refuel, regroup at Rural King and continue east on Broadway to the airport for a luncheon.

You are invited to show your support along the route. There will be increased motorcycle traffic that morning.
