ANNA/JONESBORO – One person was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries after their semi crashed on Illinois 146 just west of Kratzinger Hollow Road in Union County around 4:15 Wednesday morning. 

Illinois State Police say the semi was hauling a trailer and jackknifed causing it to block the eastbound lanes. 

Traffic was rerouted north on Illinois 3 until the road reopened shortly after 9 a.m.
