MARION – A man has been arrested in connection with a stolen vehicle and burglary case in Williamson County.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office, Will D. Hester was cited for Theft over $10,000, Theft, Residential Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property – all felonies – along with Criminal Trespass to Vehicles, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Williamson County Jail.
Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Lake of Egypt Road late Tuesday night and learned that Hester had stolen a vehicle from a parking lot and crashed it into a dumpster before fleeing the scene on foot.
Then late Wednesday morning, deputies were sent to the 12000 block of Pebble Point Road and learned that a sedan had been taken from the home. It was later recovered in the 2000 block of Market Road.
Deputies gathered evidence during their investigation that led to Hester being the suspect. Hester was found shortly thereafter, admitted involvement in both thefts and was taken into custody.
