CARBONDALE – A new outdoor warning siren testing procedure will begin Tuesday in Carbondale.

The city says starting at 10 a.m., the monthly test will consist of the tone wail followed by a prerecorded voice notification on all sirens. All testing will be done before 10:15 a.m.
