MARION – Arrest warrants have been issued for three men in connection with the execution of a search warrant at a Marion recovery home where another resident there sold drugs to an undercover officer according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities are looking for Keith E. Horton, Kevin R. Chandler and Earl D. Merritt.

Horton is wanted for Felony Delivery of Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Chandler is wanted for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony Delivery of Cannabis, Felony Possession of Cannabis and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Merritt is wanted for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Around 6:30 Thursday night, deputies executed a search warrant at the recovery home located at 806 Morningside Drive where people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction live and support each other in a drug and alcohol-free environment.

The sheriff’s office says illegal drugs were being sold from the home, and on at least one occasion, a resident sold a large quantity of drugs to an undercover law enforcement officer.

Deputies recovered during their search of the home a distribution amount of methamphetamine as well as controlled substances, digital scales, drug packaging materials, hypodermic syringes and drug paraphernalia.

As a result of this search, Gordon L. Yearian was arrested and taken to the Williamson County Jail. Yearian was cited for Felony Possession of Methamphetamine and Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Authorities also established probable cause and sought arrest warrants for Horton, Chandler, and Merritt based on their offenses.

This remains an ongoing and active investigation with additional arrests anticipated.
